Adds printing of my_errno when commands fail, could hopefully help

Fixed as suggested in the .inc file and two tests
Could not reproduce problem, but tested tests on Windows

It does work in general, the problem here was that the test name
'alter_table' matches 'main.alter_table-big' which has already been found.
Fixed by matching more explicitly (with/without suite name)

If mysqltest dies, mtr waits to see if mysqld dies too within 100ms
But in that case, it should not care about expected crash
Fix: jump past the code that checks the expect file

Follow-up discussed with Reporter:
Avoid hard shutdown after test failure, if caused by server log warning
  AND we are running valgrind
More general pick-up of valgrind summaries, order may apparently vary
Do exit(1) if we did find valgrind summary warnings

Evaluation would start with the space and thus ignore the $
Added while() to skip past white space

Results from query is sent for evaluation
Break recursion by asking for ` to be ignored

There were actually more problems in this area:
  Slaves (if any) were unconditionally restarted, this appears unnecessary.
  Sort criteria were suboptimal, included the test name.
Added logic to "reserve" a sequence of tests with same config for one thread
Got rid of sort_criteria hash, put it into the test case itself
Adds little sanity check that expected worker picks up test
Fixed some tests that may fail if starting on running server
Some of these fail only if *same* test is repeated.
Finally, special sorting of tests that do --force-restart

  Simplified cases where a select was used to compare variable against ''

Limited to actual bug fix, fixing a while condition
Again confirmed on Linux PPC and on AIX 5.3

Added some more info in a number of fail cases
(re-commit for administrative reasons)

main.mysqltest skipped on Windows because a perl intentionally does exit(1)
Use exit(2), as exit(1) on Windows is indistinguishable from failing to
execute perl.

Added sanity check, similar to the one preventing send without reap

Trying to run perl fails, just like it does when perl is started but fails
Trap the case that perl was not found/could not be started, and skip test
Also force a restart of servers since test may already have done something
mtr now also appends path of current perl to PATH to aid mysqltest

This happens when creating new tmpdir due to too long socket path
Don't delete it if --start-and-exit, but warn user to do it.

Added --enable-connect-log, somewhet similar to --enable-query-log
If query log is disabled, disable connect log too
Also some related cleanup in mysqltest.test: removing duplicate test loop

Follow-up: don't call pthread_join() on Windows
This change only valid for 5.1

When stepping backward to end of `` expression, check for illegal chars

Missing call to pthread_join(), in embedded mode
This independently solves both problems, see 55426 for details.
Addendum: cannot test against a pthread_t, adds boolean flag instead

were marked as experimental due to BUG38965.

bug 55568 because {1} isn't a valid geometry for a geometry
collection.

Convertion from a floating point number to a string caused a
crash.

During rare circumstances a String object could crash when
it was requested to allocate new memory.
A crash could occcur in Field_double::val_str() because of
a pointer referencing memory inside a String object which was
of unknown size.
And finally, the geometric collection should not accept
arguments which are non geometric.

Added --force-restart
