neonet/newlink/DialLink: Fix SIGSEGV in case client handshake fails
Hello Kirill,
while manually testing SlapOS NEO URI changes for WCFS+NEO/py case, I found another issue in NEO/go dialing. Not sure why this didn't happen last time, but here is a fix.
