Direct merge for gitconfig.erb from omnibus-gitlab did not brought up
updates.

pack.threads=1 and receive.fsckObjects=true picked up from
https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/omnibus-gitlab/blob/master/files/gitlab-cookbooks/gitlab/attributes/default.rb
in 264d785a stay the same.
