l10n_fr: translations for simulation's tester explanation

note that we don't retain the "is larger than ${value}" in the
translation, because in the case of quantity divergences this generates
messages like:

    The difference of Quantity between decision 8.0 and prevision 10.0 is larger than 1e-5

I guess we should allow to define such messages (with substitutions) on
equivalence tester configuration, that's just a way to be a bit better
with what we have today.
