- add distributed_ram_cache_interaction_worklow to recalculate Cache Plugins after edit specialise property of DistributedRamCache
- associate interaction workflow to portal_types (Distributed Ram Cache and Memcached Plugin)
- rename script in memcached_plugin_interaction_workflow to follow naming convention
