Shouldn't it be application/javascript ?

@jm nope, it's not a Javascript file. It's basically JSON representation of a Python dictionary with the necessary stuff for Jupyter to replicate the notebook. This is not just the notebook exported as HTML.

@jm probably should. Maybe File object (the one you use to upload files to a folder in portal_skins) is not identifying this correctly.
