Remove stepCheckReferenceIsIncreasedEveryDay test: it fails for 10 days on...

Remove stepCheckReferenceIsIncreasedEveryDay test: it fails for 10 days on every new year since it moves counter dates 10 days in the past and expects their reference to be increasing. testERP5BankingCounterDate tests that behaviour more accurately.
