* support function and project for most accounting reports (for now only activated once AccountingTransactionLine_getFunctionItemList and AccountingTransactionLine_getProjectItemList return something)

XXX since the dimention can be different on each page, it is better to
call 'pdfinfo -f page_num -l page_num' to get the size of each page.

frame (i.e. page number here) argument can be 0, so 'if frame' phrase will ignore frame=0 argument, and it will convert all pages, that can use too much memory.

storing list_lines in selection is no longer supported. To show all lines in a listbox we have to use 0 in "lines" from listbox configuration
