Update monitoring app storage

Merged Roque requested to merge rporchetto/erp5:erp5_monitoring_app into master

Based on jio work made in: jio!116

  • Make replicate opml storage repair method to fetch remote slapos master
  • Extend storage capacities
  • Use union of masters
  • Move/adapt all data manipulation from app to jio storage side
