Draft: erp5_monaco_editor: Add portal_skins script/external method to autocompletion propositions

Open Valentin Benozillo requested to merge valentin/erp5:monaco_autocompletion_skins into master

ERP5Site_getPortalSkinsScriptList list all python scripts and external method in portal_skins Then monaco call it to propose them as autocompletion.

TODO :

  • write test
  • add preference to enable/disable the feature
