erp5_web_jabber_client: Desktop Notifications when receiving messages.
Currently only the favicon changes when a new messages is received but this is sometimes difficult to notice and I often missed messages because of that, so I added Desktop Notifications. The code is really dirty (sorry about that) so feel free to rewrite it completely or suggest improvements...
