Add 'resolved' state to Vulnerability and
resolved_at, resolved_by_id attributes to track
the resolution process. Update the Finding states
to comply to the UX discovery results. Update
service classes and APIs to assign 'resolved'
state for a Vulnerability and fill the resolution
tracking attributes.
