When investigating https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/issues/301141 it
turned out that we have some Vulnerabilities that have no Findings
associated. This state was caused by a previous migration dropping
Findings that would have a duplicate UUIDv5. Those Vulnerabilities
should be considered as invalid and can be safely dropped.
