Even though Configure no longer technically owns the autodevops pages,
realistically I'm still getting changes assigned to me because I
made all the recent changes. I might as well claim the pages for my
stages, so they count toward my page total. They don't really belong
to any one stage, but I'm comfortable maintaining them.
