Instead of going forward with multiple custom milestone types, we've
decided in
https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/issues/35290#note_280134243 to
explicitly create "timeboxes" for our users, so we revert unnecessary
tables created in
https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/merge_requests/22043 here
