`kubernetes_service_spec.rb`:
* Remove specs for #deprecated? and #deprecation_message
as they are duplicated
* Move EE-specific specs for #calculate_reactive_cache to ee/
* Modify shared specs for #calculate_reactive_cache to work
for both CE and EE.
