Explicitly requiring `Gitlab::GlRepository` in the spec that requires
it makes sure it is correctly prepended with
`EE::Gitlab::Repository`.

Otherwise, if a spec before it autoloaded one of the constants from
within `Gitlab::GlRepository` the module would not be prepended.
