In https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/merge_requests/46483 we have
started calculating UUIDv5 for new Findings instead of using just
time-based UUIDs. This will schedule a background data migration
to Recalculate all UUIDs so our Feedback <-> Finding matching is
more stable.
