Find runners visible to the current user. Available only when feature flag `runner_graphql_query` is enabled.
Returns [`CiRunnerConnection`](#cirunnerconnection).
This field returns a [connection](#connections). It accepts the
four standard [pagination arguments](#connection-pagination-arguments):
`before: String`, `after: String`, `first: Int`, `last: Int`.
