Merge branch 'es_sidekiq_retry_limit' into 'master'

[ES] Limit amount of retries for sidekiq jobs

ES index data is not that critical and in most of the cases sidekiq jobs fails due to bugs.
What do you think @jnijhof and @pcarranza
