Updated Geo datatype replication table

I've updated the datatype replication table with the latest information
and changed some of the formatting to make it easier to read.

Specific changes:

- Sorted by replication status (yes, no, not planned) and release added
- Added missing links to follow up issues
- Added CI Pipeline artifacts
- Added dependency proxy
- Added missing feature flag information for terraform state files
- Added information regarding object storage
