Previously, many tests depended on the coupling between the
GeoNode factory and the config. With that decoupled, these
tests have GeoNodes in the database but *this* machine is
not associated with any GeoNode record.

Also, the port sequence did not seem to have any effect.

Not from `geo_nodes.url`.

Instead of URL. This frees up URL so it doesn’t have to match the
gitlab.rb external_url, which frees up external_url so it doesn’t have
to be unique.

So Geo nodes can compare their configured name with this field
in order to find which record they belong to.
