This commit adds a number of new URLs to the GraphQL Release type that

This commit also deprecates two existing fields ("issuesUrl" and
"mergeRequestsUrl") in favor of the more specific fields added in this
commit.

`Gitlab::Json` uses `Oj` adapter.
