Move the one image included in these pages into a subdir with the
rest of these files. Fix the outbound links from these pages to
include the new directory traversal.

I can't clean these up just yet, but step 1 is to get these pages
chopped apart so they can be edited in parallel.

I'll need to split this page apart into three separate pages (four,
counting the index) so let's start by adding in the redirect file
for the old page, and the stubs for the pages I'm about to carve out.

Move from repository_mirroring.md to mirror/index.md in prep for
splitting the page apart.
