When viewing the example, a scrollbar appeared
at the bottom. It was hard to view the content
so I added some line breaks.

	- formatting following styleguide
	- move reference to proposal at 'introduced in' section

Fixing issues identified by the spell checker. Some required fixing
misspelled words. Some were words needing to be added to the
exceptions file. Some needed a change in usage.

Make sure change codeblock fence languages from js
to javascript, sh to shell, md to markdown

The new-page template needs to have the new technical writing
metadata fields.

The URLs needs hyphens now, so did a find and
replace to add them.

Includes unifying the process documentation, making corrections,
and editing the content.

Markdown renderers find it easier to determine

- Some links internal links were incorrect.
- Removed some #overview anchor links, because they don't
  jump much content.
