Subscription Portal client and Create Lead service were refactored

Rename method and update specs.

Also added a temporary action and more specs.

Original route was using an extra parameter (/-/...). Also the endpoint
was expecting the presence of the `user` param.

We need to create Leads when customers are requesting a trial for
GL.com. In order to do it we're going to use a service that will call a
custom endpoint on the subscription portal.
