This change accounts for the feature flag being present and
extends current specs for a secondary state with the feature flag.

- Use key in the time window state instead of entire object
- Extend specs to cover more cases

Logs endpoint communicates to the frontend when advanced query features
can be enabled, this commit removes the feature flag in the component
to await backend settings.

Additionally, advanced query components are disabled and not hidden
when advanced features are disabled.

- Add new dropdown for logs screen
- Add new param start & end to requests to backend
- Use logs specific constants for time ranges
- Update translation pot file
