Prototypes annotated the same way they are on other platforms. I'm not too fond of readb() taking const volatile void * (sic), but AFAICS that's the only way to tell cc(1) that both volatile and const pointers are acceptable here ;-/ memcpy_toio/memcpy_fromio/memset_io made void - same as they are elsewhere.
