[PATCH] ppc64: fix POWER3 NUMA init

From: Anton Blanchard <anton@samba.org>

We were passing in the hole size as kB not pages to free_area_init which
made the VM misbehave. This only hit on POWER3 because POWER4 and newer
places IO above all memory and so doesnt have a hole.
