sound: sound/oss/msnd_pinnacle.c: add vfrees

At the point of this error-handling code, HAVE_DSPCODEH may be undefined,
so free INITCODE and PERMCODE as done elsewhere.  A jump and label are
introduced to avoid code duplication.
