ARM: shmobile: Koelsch: pass Ether PHY IRQ

Pass Ether's PHY IRQ (which is IRQC's IRQ0) to the 'sh_eth' driver. Set the IRQ
trigger type to be low-level as per the Micrel PHY driver's setup.
