Merge branch 'ovs-cleanups'

Jean Sacren says:

====================
Trivial fix-ups for openvswitch

This series does trivial fix-ups for openvswitch as follows:

1) Clean up the leftover of the unused function.

2) Fix up the twisted struct geneve_port member name.

3) Update the kernel doc to reflect the changes in struct vport.
