Merge remote-tracking branch 'remotes/powerpc/topic/ppc-kvm' into kvm-ppc-next

This merges in the commits in the topic/ppc-kvm branch of the powerpc
tree to get the changes to arch/powerpc which subsequent patches will
rely on.
