rtlwifi: Fix memset argument order

These were found using the following semantic match:
// <smpl>
@@expression E1; type T;@@
* memset(E1, ... * sizeof(T) * ..., ...);
// </smpl>

Also take this opportunity to remove the unnecessary void* casts.
