gpio: fix 'CONFIG_GPIO_IRQCHIP' comments

These two typos were introduced in commit 14250520 ("gpio: add IRQ
chip helpers in gpiolib").

The correct symbol name is CONFIG_GPIOLIB_IRQCHIP.
