staging: unisys: clean up UltraVbusChannelProtocol

Fix the CamelCase name:

UltraVbusChannelProtocolGuid => spar_vbus_channel_protocol_uuid

Update related macro names to match. Update references to changed names. Fix
indentation in macros where names changed.
