[PATCH] missing export of cpu_2_node

From: Patrick Mansfield <patmans@us.ibm.com>

On NUMAQ, any module which calls __alloc_pages() needs cpu_2_node() (via
cpu_to_node()).

This patch exports cpu_2_node.
