mmc: sdhci-msm: Enable ADMA length mismatch error interrupt

ADMA_ERR_SIZE_EN bit of VENDOR_SPECIFIC_FUNC register controls
ADMA length mismatch error interrupt. Enable it by default.

And update all bit shift defines with BIT macro.
