Merge tag 'tags/bcm2835-dt-next-2019-10-15' into devicetree/next

This pull request introduce initial Raspberry Pi 4 support. But all the fancy
stuff like GENET, PCIe, xHCI, 40 bit DMA and V3D is missing.
