perf tools: Rename perf_evlist__alloc_mmap() to evlist__alloc_mmap()

Rename perf_evlist__alloc_mmap() to evlist__alloc_mmap(), so we don't
have a name clash when we add perf_evlist__alloc_mmap() to libperf.
