NE52-ultra32
	* switched smc-ultra32 to dynamic allocation
	* smc-ultra32: fixed order of freeing bugs
	* smc-ultra32: fixed clobbering on autoprobe
	* smc-ultra32: fixed resource leaks on failure exits
