drm/i915: Introduce INTEL_GEN_MASK

Split INTEL_GEN_MASK out of IS_GEN macro, and make it usable
within static declarations (unlike compound statements).

- s/combound/compound/ (Tvrtko)
- Fix whitespace (yes, we need automatic checkpatch.pl)
