The fbdev framework doesn't care to call the .set_power callback only on changes. So the driver has to care for itself that the regulator doesn't get disabled more often than enabled. This fixes the regulator warning unbalanced disables for lcd supply which can be triggered by doing echo 4 > /sys/class/lcd/imxfb-lcd/lcd_power twice. Use the atomic API wherever appropriate and get rid of pwm_apply_args() call (the reference period and polarity are now explicitly set when calling pwm_apply_state()). We also make use of the pwm_set_relative_duty_cycle() helper to ease relative to absolute duty_cycle conversion. The txt binding specified the property "power-supply". But the example and the actual implementation in the linux-kernel uses "avdd-supply". So the binding is adjusted to use avdd-supply as this seems to be the correct choice. There are no DT files in the linux kernel to check.
