Patch from Marc Singer

Updated change set for the 2.6.5 kernel *and* for the April 8th arm
patch.  Also included are changes suggested by Russell that merge
several of the files in the mach- directory.  I have also endeavored
to remove all unnecessary whitespace additions.

Note that since I've found the cause of an annoying user-space crash,
I believe that this patch is OK.  The crash appears to have nothing to
do with the system setup.

It has been dead since kernel 2.5.18.

Anakin has not been maintained since it was (partially) merged, and
the maintainers appear to ignore mail about it.  No one appears
willing to maintain it either.  However, some unrelated kernel
maintainers have been updating various files while they've been
working in the area - which is wasted work for something which
isn't maintained.

Therefore, this cset removes Anakin completely from the kernel.

Resubmit with updates according to review notes from 1701/1.

This renames all 48 (800K-ish of) ARM default configuration files,
as required by Sam's latest default configuration file system.

This cset adds support for kallsyms for the ARM kernel, and ensures
that we have a reliable function prolog for backtracing.

Mostly arch specific default configs.

We have a fair number of command line options which can be used
to pass information about the target to the kernel.  We also provide
a default command line which the kernel will use in absence of one
provided by the boot loader.  We pass the hard coded options via the
command line now.

 - Nuke COMMERIAL and similar spurious configuration options...
   The fact that every single default configuration option contained
   those bits makes this trivial patch appear rather big.

Update defconfig files throughout kernel. Replacing CONFIG_NTFS_RW
with CONFIG_NTFS_DEBUG as the former no longer exists while the
latter now exists.
