Fix a bug in Makefile. Improve the detection test of go in the system in install.sh (may be further improved).

install.sh: Install a specific python version (3.7.12) so that scan-filesystem/cython/Makefile uses it and works everytime.

Add a sub-script to create and set the keys in Secure Boot. Modify install.sh to make it call the new sub-script.

Apply previous changes to uefi.main.pyx. Change the begining of the file-system walk from "." to "/".

Fix a segmentation fault due to the way the mac address was get. Note that the program does not send the mac address anymore.

Add a wait() call in main to improve fluent-bit behavior.
