- Split service.py file in two, one for the client sercice handler and the
  second for the storage.
- Base class for those two handlers as moved in the module python file (as done
  in client and storage applications).
- Remove moved storages from previous commit.
- Update application code to use new module location
- Fix a part of master tests.
