remove the id=precontent of the original page ,and change all the getcontent function aim to the 'list' div and use innerHTML but not textcontent

The presentation works ,change the slides.js to change the Presentation page body content before load the page,in slides.html and slideshow.html ,use window.parent and window.open to transfer the html content .slides.html is the page to show the presentation

make the slides can be saved and load ,change the slideshow_editor.css , the address of those picture were wrong ,and change the creator's links and scripts aim to current project

Load, GetList, and Remove document do not work.

We can select files in the slickgrid document lister and the good application
will be loaded with the good file. Extensions are hidden.

Of course, the link is still there.

If the storage does not search into document list by itself,
JIO will limit it anyway.
The storage should use the method researchDone() to tell to JIO that
the document list is already limited (avoid double limiting).
If the storage can not support limiting, it can also use
searchDocumentArray() provided by JIO (and no need to use researchDone()).
