Software Installation deprecated is:

 * SI which is start_requested
 * SI which is validated
 * SI which usage on computer is 0
 * which matches url_string of archived Software Release

Those Software Installations are going be destroyed.

Also each archived Software Release to which no validated Software Installation
is related is going to be cleaned, so it will optimise next runs of the alarm.
