testing/check_software: ignore liblibgolang for now
liblibgolang from pygolang is used in wendelin and because of a current limitation of setuptools_dso we don't have rpath on libraries for python extensions linked with pygolang, but at runtime we import pygolang before and there's no issue at runtime. suggested by Kirill on slapos!1007 (comment 136792)
