Add AGENTS.md, read by any AI coding assistant that follows the agents.md
spec. The file keeps only what an agent cannot read from the code: the
repository layout, the recipe unit test commands, the code style, the commit
message format and the push safety rules.

The development skills and the coding rules live in the slapos-agent-skills
marketplace at https://lab.nexedi.com/nexedi/slapos-agent-skills. AGENTS.md
names the four plugins and how to install them, so the procedures stay in one
place and are not copied here.

Ignore the .claude directory and CLAUDE.md. Both hold configuration for one
tool and for one machine, so they stay out of the repository.
